For years, we’ve stood alongside local communities worldwide to protect children from exploitation and violence. Now in Romania, we are honored to work alongside local changemakers in giving vulnerable children the care, safety, and healing they deserve.
Donate to Support Children in Romania!

We’ve partnered with "Kinderhilfe," a trusted local organization that has transformed the lives of thousands of children over the years and is known for taking on some of the most challenging cases of crimes against children in the region.
With your help, we are supporting seven small children’s homes where children can begin to heal, find stability, and build a foundation for their future. Each home is designed to feel like a family, with trained caregivers providing personalized attention and nurturing.
Our support helps provide:
Tailored education for every child according to their needs
Therapeutic support, including psychotherapy for those who need it
Recreational and enrichment activities, such as ballet, basketball, cooking, and outdoor excursions

Ana and Elena (names changed to protect identity) are twin sisters who grew up in an impoverished and deeply troubled home. Although their family life appeared stable at first, there were early signs that something was wrong.
In time, it became clear that the girls had been victims of prolonged abuse, including forced prostitution and multiple at-home abortions.
Today, Ana and Elena live in a children’s home supported by the Young Living Foundation. They are quiet and withdrawn, often sitting together in silence, holding hands, listening to music. While they occasionally take part in activities, they continue to struggle with emotional regulation, perception, and basic understanding of the world around them. Though they can read, their formal education is minimal, and their knowledge is extremely limited.
Their trauma is profound, and healing will take time—but they are finally safe, and their journey toward recovery has begun.
