Come serve with us!
This is more than a trip—it’s an opportunity to serve with purpose, experience lasting impact, and return home with powerful stories that inspire your team, customers, and community

As a Young Living Brand Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to step beyond the everyday and experience the Foundation’s mission in a deeply personal and meaningful way.
During this unforgettable service trip, you’ll help support the construction of two new pre-k classrooms (Pre-K A & B) for 4-year-old students in Ecuador. Working side by side with local communities and fellow volunteers, you’ll participate in hands-on service projects that will help create safe, inspiring spaces where children can begin their educational journey.
Beyond the construction work, you’ll connect with students and families whose lives are being transformed through education and community support. You’ll witness firsthand the impact your generosity makes possible while building meaningful relationships, creating lasting memories, and gaining a deeper connection to the Foundation’s mission.
Here are some general FAQs about the upcoming service trip.

Please plan to fly into and out of José Joaquín de Olmedo International Airport (GYE) in Guayaquil, Ecuador.
Airport pickups and drop-offs will be coordinated based on participant flight schedules during the main trip dates. If you plan to arrive early or extend your stay beyond the scheduled trip dates, please let us know in advance so transportation arrangements can be adjusted accordingly.
There are no specific age restrictions for participants. However, volunteers should keep in mind that portions of the service work will involve hands-on construction activities, including lifting and moving cement blocks, which can be physically demanding. We encourage all participants to consider their comfort level and physical ability when registering for the trip.
Attendees will participate in hands-on construction service alongside local builders and community members as they help build two new pre-k classrooms. Service activities may include mixing cement, laying pavers, unloading and carrying blocks, stacking bricks, measuring, cleaning work areas, and helping construct the classroom walls
Yes! If you would like to extend your stay in Ecuador before or after the service trip, you are welcome to do so. Please note that any additional lodging, transportation, meals, or other expenses outside of the scheduled trip dates will be your personal responsibility.
We kindly ask that you keep us informed of any extended travel plans so we can help coordinate airport transportation or assist with arrangements where possible.
Most days will include moderate to heavy physical labor related to the construction project, such as painting, lifting, carrying blocks, mixing cement, and other building activities. Participants should be comfortable standing for extended periods, bending, lifting, and working outdoors in a variety of weather conditions for several hours each day.
We’ll provide a full packing list closer to the trip date, but some recommended essentials include:
We also recommend bringing any personal medications, toiletries, and other items you may need to stay comfortable during the week of service.
Ecuador uses the U.S. dollar. Small bills are best, as change can be difficult to get in rural areas. ATMs are available in larger cities.
While travel insurance is not required, we strongly encourage all participants to purchase coverage that includes trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and emergency evacuation.
Basic first aid will be available throughout the trip, and local healthcare facilities are located nearby if needed. Travel insurance can provide additional peace of mind and protection during your travels.
U.S. citizens do not need a visa for stays under 90 days. Your passport must be valid at least six months beyond your return date. If you are traveling from another country, please check your government’s entry requirements.
