When a child comes into foster care, they often have very few belongings and those belongings are often transported in a trash bag. Foster Kids KC gives foster families a placement kit, which provides the foster child a bag, clothes, toiletries, a stuffed animal, a diffuser, and Lavender, and other items that bring dignity to the child in need. With this $20,000, we will be enabling Foster Kids KC to move from giving 8 kits per week to 20+
