Help Empower Students!

A key pillar of the D. Gary Young, Young Living Foundation is EDUCATION. Education for underserved communities because education is a key element to ending the cycle of poverty. In most underserved communities, children experience various barriers to education. We at the Young Living Foundation strive to help remove these barriers!

During Diamond Retreat 2025, we have the awesome opportunity to visit and support a rural  school in Sri Lanka serving students from low-income families. With an average household income under USD $50 per month, many students struggle to afford basic school supplies, meals, and transportation, making education a major challenge.

We’re raising funds to help these students and others similarly facing barriers to education worldwide. With these funds, we will help provide school supplies, a supply of dried food, and we will be able to supply this rural school in Sri Lanka with a Smart Technology Classroom! This initiative will equip them with interactive tools to better understand complex subjects, while developing essential skills like critical thinking and creativity. A Smart Classroom will bridge the educational gap, giving them access to technology that many of their peers in wealthier areas already have.

Your donation will help us purchase the necessary school supplies, food supply, and technology that will benefit all students for years to come. With your support, we can give these children the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world.

Thank you for making a difference!
